Boxing Day morning, for as long as I can recall, always featured a walk and even one year a run, this year was no exception.
A brisk walk up the High Lane out of Raydale to Great Silky Top, then back down through Cragdale. While there was a rainbow there was no actual rain but plenty of gusty bracing wind.
At the top you can see into the head of Wharfedale and the distinct Buckden Pike
We met no one other than sheep.
Albert is a bit of a magnate for sheep but he did find the attention a little overwhelming but managed to get clear unharmed.
