Cheer up a bad hair day with a good hare day!

Here is Raydaleside we often get to seen a hare of two on a regular basis, but recently we have been having hares visiting our garden every day and sometime more than one hare at once.

Following my Gallup Grazon mix up and the subsequent  re-seeding, it appears these hares are drawn to the new sweet grass, though they are also keen to eat the hawthorn hedge

This morning I got up to make some tea and found this chap hurtling around our garden, either chasing a swallow or being chased by a swallow.  While I only managed to capture a few seconds at the end of this mad dash it did get my day off to a good start.
