The 20th Middleham Stables Open Day will take place on Good Friday 29th March in Middleham.
This years event will see more stables open, with sixteen in all taking part and three new trainers opening up their stables to visitors.
The open day allows visitors to see behind the scenes at the stables of some of the countries leading Flat and National Hunt racehorse trainers.
There will be a guest appearance by the Grand National winner Neptune Collonges
High Blean B&B at Bainbridge, is in easy reach of Middleham for visitors wishing to take an overnight stay either before and after this event.
[Update 30/3/13] Despite the snow of recent days the 2013 Stables Open day was hailed a great success, which builds on the past successes and promises to be even better in 2014.
